Welcome to our example project.

In this project, all 38 tools are enabled as a demonstration, however, on average our clients generally use approximately 10 tools at any time on their project pages.

This page is to demonstrate some of the Engagement Hub 38 feedback and collaborative tools available to our clients. Many tools are creatively applied by our clients to reflect the consultation subject matter, audience, how information is to be presented and of course the best methods of feedback for their projects.

In addition to consultation pages, clients may also have top level menu informative pages which are displayed across their site.

There is the ability to use as few or as many of the informative and engagement tools (this example has all tools enabled) as you wish during the lifecycle of the consultative process.

  • Rename and hide widget tool titles and of course move them around
  • With a tick of a box, make a consultation private to only a discreet group of stakeholders
  • Duplicate consultation projects
  • Enable date scheduling for projects and each widget tool item
  • Enable Project Following, to instantly share new content and collaboration opportunities with your stakeholders
  • Quickly turn qualitative feedback into quantitative data via tagging
  • A range of simple and detailed reports for each project and across your platform.

Extended Idea Wall Tool

The Extended Ideas Wall tools is an extension of the Ideas Wall tool - for your stakeholders to pitch ideas and share their stories with community members voting up/down or replying. Every thing is customisable and optional.

Image Slider Tool

Image Slider is an excellent tool for presenting two related images for example before and after images. Optionally add text and on the second slide a hyperlinked button.

Fact Box Tool

The Fact Box tool is designed for short statements with the option to include an icon and also set colour schemes for each box. Via the Project Settings' tool determine how many todisplay in a row and how many rows to load progressively.

Design your fact boxes to suit your branding, with or without a border or using a background colour.

Tabbed Content

Use the WYSIWYG editor to add a link

To add a link to your website using the WYSIWYG toolbox:

1. type the word for the link, or type in the URL if you prefer to show that;

2. highlight;
3. click on the link icon , and complete the pop up box.

4. You have the option to make this link an email; a URL or an anchor in the text. 

Maximise your use of the WYSIWYG tool

Add a video using the WYSIWYG tool:

1. Add any introductory content (you will need to have some text to be able to add the video.

2. Click Source

3. Add embed link from either Youtube or Vimeo

4. Click source again and press Save or Update Item

 

 

In some cases you may choose to not use the title and just go straight into content.

Ideas Wall Tool

The Idea Wall is a creative tool for your stakeholders to pitch ideas and share their stories with community members voting up/down. You also have the option to allow them only to vote on an idea and hide vote down option.
