Example of a registration form

The Registration Form is optional (based on level of participation the stakeholder wishes to engage in) and fully customisable. Minimum requirements are first name, email address, password and screen name. You can also add further information on why you are requesting your stakeholders' details.

On submitting this form, the user receives an automated email to verify their email address and account. All registered users have access to their own dashboards to review their activity and edit their profile.
